About Us
Cheryl C. Carangue, CPA, MTax, CTC, CFSTA
She finished her Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting from the University of San Carlos (Cum laude) and received her Bachelor in Accounting from the University of Queensland Technology. She received her Master in Taxation from the University of New South Wales. She is also Certified Florida Sales Tax Auditor recognized by the Florida Department of Revenue and a Graduate Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Tax Coaches (AICTC).
As a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Tax Coach, Cheryl specializes in developing and implementing proactive tax reduction strategies for doctors, lawyers and business owners. She works closely with the network of highly trained tax strategies around the country to bring the most effective and up to date tax planning strategies to their clients. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in accounting and business fields, she represents clients before IRS regarding tax resolutions and Florida State audits.
Augustus Cesar Carangue, CPA, MBA
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting from the University of San Carlos (Magna Cum laude). He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Magna Cum laude honors from the same university. He obtained his Master in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
Cesar went to work for Pricewaterhouse to gain audit experience. He was an accounting professor in the Philippines and in Papua New Guinea handling courses in financial accounting, auditing, management accounting, taxation and professional ethics. He has over 20 years of combined experience in Accounting, Tax, Trust Accounting, & Auditing. He is a Certified Public Accountant and FICPA member; a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in inactive status and a DOPE CFO VIP Official Member. He represents clients before the IRS for tax resolutions.
